May 13: First Week
May 13, Mon: NEW SWIM TEAM MEMBERS ONLY 6pm - 10 year olds and under 7pm - 11 years and over May 14, Tues: RETURNING SWIM TEAM MEMBERS ONLY 6pm - previous season groups (minnows and snappers) 7pm - previous season groups (dolphins and sharks) May 15-17 : EVERYONE at their assigned practice times |
May 15: Practice Schedule
Minnows: 6:00-6:45pm *Usually 8 & under, new swimmers, new to the sport Snappers: 6:00-7:00pm *knows all four strokes, but emphasis on technique Dolphins: 7:00-8:15pm *endurance and technique Sharks: 7:00-8:30pm *senior group-upper advanced |
June 3: Summer Practice Hours
Minnows: 9:45-10:30am
Snappers: 9:30-10:30am
Dolphins: 8-9:15am
** Optional 7:45 am start time for conditioning days Mon Wed Fri where we will do dry land and go to the track before practice
Sharks: 8-9:30am
** Mandatory 7:45 am start time for conditioning days Mon Wed Fri where we will do dry land and go to the track before practice
